Fantastic Hospitality and Great Staff - food is excellent - staff goes out of the way to help - local food is amazing - the rooms are neat and clean and very well kept. I would recommend this hotel in case you need good food and great service. Wah Taj Wah !!

Our family had a fantastic stay at Taj Corbett Resort! The property is stunning, nestled in nature, with spacious, well-appointed rooms. The service was top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. A perfect getaway for relaxation and adventure in a serene setting. Highly recommend!

It was a lovely 3 night stay at Taj Safaris Jim corbett. Rahul is an excellent manager and he understands the needs of the guests and looks after it with utmost care and an ever smiling face. We were given an upgrade seeing that we were a family of five and needed adjoining rooms. One of our safaris got canceled by the forest department but Rahul and his team just rescheduled everything for us and didn’t let that affect our vacation. The entire stay included so many small things that made such huge impact in the overall experience.. the housekeeping department is so well established and so well informed. They arranged a cake and decorated the room accordingly as it was my parents’ anniversary. They celebrated it in their own Taj style. The trip started with a very warm welcome at a beautifully landscaped hotel, a fun filled fulfilling stay and a heart full goodbye until we meet again. Thank you so much.

Our family had an incredible experience during our brief stay at Taj Corbett. What started as a quick visit turned into a truly memorable getaway, thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome to the personalized service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The serene property, surrounded by nature, offered the perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The accommodations were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special.

Visited Taj Corbett. We had booked 2 rooms and had an upgrade in 1 room to a beautiful suite. Our bone of contention with our stay was the handling of the safari which we had booked through the hotel. On our second safari there was a road block due to an encounter between a tiger and a lady. Due to this we didn’t end up going for the safari. At the reception we asked to speak to the GM to seek some form of reimbursement. We were completely ignored and made to wait at the reception. We finally went out and found the GM ourselves and after much discussion he informed he will check and update. Once again there was no response or feedback on our request. This seems strange that a senior most person at Taj does not engage with their customer. We were not seeking a full refund but some kind of acknowledgment from their end that due to no fault of ours we had to forfeit our entire safari. The view at the Kosi river was stunning. Putting the above disappointment aside we still had a fairly good time. We had all our meals at the property. We were well looked after by Pushkar, Priyanka, Sony and Lekshmi. They truly are gems and are working very hard to look after their guests. My wife used the Spa and she found it satisfactory. Having stayed at their premium properties like Umaid Bhawan our expectations are always high when we stay at Taj and on this note we were slightly disappointed with our stay at Taj Corbett.

Hotel location and nearby surrounding is good. Initially we found some hiccups after checkin but later on taj team takes good care of us as it was my wife’s bday and they have gone an extra mile to make it memorable. Would like to thank you whole team especially Tulsi, Pooja, chandan Deepak kalakoti, Ritik and team for taking good care of us.
